The new-age branch format brings seamless,
paperless and self-service banking to customers, redefining the future of
branch banking in Kochi
Kochi, June 20, 2026:Axis Bank, one of
the largest private sector banks in India, inaugurated its DigiDesk-enabled
digital self-service branch at Cyberpark, Kakkanad, Kochi, marking a
significant milestone in its journey towards digital-first banking and
customer-centric innovation in Kerala.
Located at Ground
Floor, Lulu Cyberpark Tower 2 in Infopark SEZ, the branch was inaugurated by Mr.
APM Mohammed Hanish, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary toGovernment– Industries,
External Co-operation & Revenue (Waqf) Departments, in the presence of
senior Axis Bank leadership including Ms. Baishakhi Banerjee, Regional
Branch Banking Head - South 1, and Mr. S. Anand, Circle Head – Kerala.
The Cyberpark
Kakkanad branch introduces DigiDesk, Axis Bank’s advanced digital self-service
platform that enables customers to complete end-to-end banking journeys through
seamless, paperless experiences.This digital-first format brings a full suite
of banking services to a single touchpoint, allowing customers to transact
independently with speed and ease, while providing on-ground assistance through
trained staff for more complex or first-time interactions.

With this launch,
Axis Bank is strengthening its presence in Kerala where the Bank currently
operates 165 branches and 216 ATMs, including 29 branches and 34 ATMs in Kochi.
